Due Diligence – In providing an end to end comprehensive managed service and protect our clients from any conflict or risk of none compliance to the building and workplace regulations, specifically we continually review all immediate and relevant environments as well as “local” information that could impact or risk our clients best interests, whether directly contained within project scope or not as well as the financial consideration.

The Team
Everyone involved in the project is predetermined prior to commencement of works and all form part of our project team, whether directly or indirectly employed, personnel trades and resources all of which are welcomed to our close team environment and treated equally, many of our skills, resources and suppliers have been an integral part of our team for many years.
All of whom conform to our standard Non disclosure agreements regardless, anything learned during the process is automatically treated with the strictest confidence, “if in doubt its not its no allowed” in addition to our clients instructions and requirements.

All of our projects are executed via our “Team and process” methodology, meaning we operate in methodical repeated way, this allows us to create a “package” that can be replicated anywhere, we European wide resources and supply chain, but our core management team remain the same people and travel to any location, through our history of projects executed all over Europe & Dubai we are very familiar with local authorities, regulation variations, customs and demographic practices.
