Clearance
Following relocation or Space reduction we can clear, broker and dispose of the complete office assets ready for new reinstatement, hand back to the landlord or commence dilapidation works, we regularly quantify and cost this for our clients to assist with end of lease negotiations.
Furniture Asset Replacement
Repair, Cleaning.
Same process as internal churn, we can systematically decommission the office, extract old desks, chairs, power and replace with new, again out of hours in a single weekend.
